Catherine Kashork, has served as an operational leader in high-complexity genetics laboratories, cannabis start-ups, and direct-to-consumer animal genetics testing.  Oversight has included assay development, regulatory compliance, IT, financial planning, facilities, and customer service.  Her varied experiences can enhance any company in navigating start-up challenges and system enhancement for experienced companies.  There is not an operational challenge that ProvenOps is not willing to tackle.

Catherine has her Masters in Health Care Administration.  She holds a certificate in cytogenetics, and maintains her ASCP Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Cytogenetics. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University, which solidified her pursuit of laboratory operations.
